This Privacy Policy explains how KeySkape Solutions LLC ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game BrainBlocks Drop (package com.keyskapesolutions.brainblocksfall, the "App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- On-device data. Your gameplay progress — display name, coin balance, best scores, statistics, and app settings — is stored locally on your device.
- Account information. If you create an account or sign in, we collect your email address, your chosen display name, and an account identifier through Firebase Authentication (email/password or Google Sign-In).
- Cloud profile. When you are signed in, your display name, coin balance, entitlements (such as ad-removal), and best scores are saved to your cloud profile so your progress syncs across devices.
- Public leaderboard. Your display name and best score are published to a global leaderboard that is visible to all players. Do not use a display name that reveals personal information you want to keep private.
- Advertising data. The current version of the App does not display ads. A future update may show ads through Google AdMob; if it does, AdMob and its partners may collect your device advertising identifier, IP address, general device information, and ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads, and we will update this policy accordingly.
How we use information
- To save, sync, and restore your game progress.
- To operate the global leaderboard.
- To display in-app purchase options and, in versions of the App that show ads, advertising.
- To respond to support requests.
Third-party services
We rely on the following Google services, each governed by Google's own privacy terms:
- Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and related Firebase services (data storage and sync)
- Google Sign-In (optional account login)
- Google AdMob (advertising, in versions of the App that show ads) — see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
We do not sell your personal information.
Children's privacy
BrainBlocks Drop is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention & deletion
On-device data is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data. You can delete your account and all associated cloud data yourself at any time from inside the App: Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — see Delete your account for exactly what is removed. You can also request deletion by emailing info@keyskapesolutions.com from the address linked to your account (or include your player name), and we will process the request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, noted in the App.
