These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of BrainBlocks Drop (the "App"), published by KeySkape Solutions LLC. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own entertainment. The App is provided for entertainment purposes only.
Virtual items & purchases
- Coins and power-ups are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the App.
- Virtual items and any premium unlocks are licensed to you, not sold, and are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
- Any real-money purchases are processed by Google Play Billing and are also subject to Google Play's terms. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Acceptable use
- Choose a leaderboard display name that is respectful. Offensive, harassing, impersonating, or infringing names may be removed and repeat violations may result in loss of access.
- Do not cheat, tamper with, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App or its leaderboards.
Advertising
The App displays third-party advertising (Google AdMob). Ads shown are served by third parties and are subject to their terms and policies.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeySkape Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of progress or virtual items.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
